The questionnaire is available on the web at this link: www.sped.pps.k12.or.us&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If this survey isn't enough and you want to give more information, you can email the audit coordinator, Pat Steinburg, directly at patti3jo@aol.com.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Information from the audit will be compiled and reviewed by PPS in June. There is a stakeholders Meeting slated for August to review results and propose directions.
